Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Craggan and we look forward to welcoming you.When you confirm your booking we must advise that you are entering into an agreement with us.We therefore ask that you please read the following Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of the total cost of the booking.
GENERAL POLICY
For bookings of 7 nights or less, the total value of the booking will be charged if cancelled or curtailed with less than 7 days notice.
A deposit of 50% of the total price of your stay is required at the time of booking.The remainder of the price of your stay is required to be paid in full 48 hours prior to arrival.
We recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of making your booking.
NON-AVAILABILITY
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.We would then refund you all monies paid by you.Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
PRICES
The price includes accommodation per room per night and includes breakfast and all taxes, based on 2 people sharing.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in is between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Check out is 11.00 am in order to allow us enough time for the room to be prepared for the next guests.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Morning Room between 8.00 am and 9.30 am.Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements upon booking.
DAMAGE & BREAKAGES
We understand that accidents do sometimes happen.If you spill anything on our carpets or soft furnishings please let us know immediately to allow us to take remedial action to avoid staining.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit/debit card for any damage incurred to your room and the contents therein or the premises during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
LIABILITY
Cars and their contents are left at the owners risk.We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).
GENERAL HOUSE RULES
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property and contents of Craggan.
Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the guest house, or cause offence to other guests or members of staff.We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your part from the guest house if, in our opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.Where this is the case we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
SMOKING
Craggan operates a strict No Smoking policy in either the guest rooms or public areas.
PETS & CHILDREN
Pets and children are not permitted in the guest rooms or public areas.
